Who will draw it?

Architalcan Design, led by Rocco Schipano, BCIN-registered designer.

You need an architect for a house over three storeys, or for one with a second unit above or below the main one and more than 600 m² of floor area above ground. A one-family house of up to three storeys doesn't need one, whatever its size. We tell you at the zoning review if yours does. Rated 5.0 from 273 reviews on HomeStars.

Renovation of a semi in Toronto

Rocco was efficient and effective. He worked closely with us to ensure the design meets our needs and recommended valuable solutions that we previously weren't aware of. We got the permit within a reasonable amount of time despite submitting it just before the holidays.
